About Us
Hi There! Thank you for taking the time to stop by and check out our simple website. We've been in business for several years, but are new to East Texas. Every time we’d drive from DFW to visit family in NW Louisiana we just loved the pine trees. We moved to Longview October 2023. As of August 2024, we've decided to re-start our business in this region effective 09/03/2024.
Combined, Brad and I (Brenda) have over 40 years of work experience in doing this type of work. We just love it. We take pride in our quality, love beautifying our communities, and look forward to serving the region for many years to come.
Like many other small businesses, we love referrals and will sure appreciate a good word of mouth from you to others. Please rate your experience with us through Google. Thank you for considering us and we hope you grant us the opportunity to earn your trust with your projects. - Brad & Brenda James.

Our Team
It's the 3 of us for now, but we're looking forward to adding more people into our team soon!
Bradley -
Field Manager
I’m a US Army veteran. I've been in industrial maintenance for over 20 years. I love making a difference, in particular with curb appeal transformations.
Since I was a kid, I’ve always loved cutting grass, it brings me peace. Working in gardens makes me feel connected to the earth, and working with my hands, tools, and equipment makes me feel productive.
Brenda -
Office Manager
After 10 years of property management, I wanted a change. I became a machine operator and in the last few years was a logistics consultant.
I grew up being a tomboy. I always played with my dads tools and he would let me paint the backside of the house for fun. Being in property management, there were times where I too, became the handyman!
Isaac -
Maintenance Technician
I'm a lot like my parents. I like to help. I really enjoy building stuff. I like cutting grass and fixing things. On my free time I tend to come up with ideas, start using my tools, and begin creating things.
As a little kid I would take my toys apart and put them back together. Loved playing with Legos.
Our Logo-
Man Shoveling Dirt
Property maintenance is back breaking. A shovel symbolizes value of hardwork. Dirt symbolizes transformation.
The pains and endurance of the labor we put in becomes easy to omit to once we're done, because we know we did a good job. Theres a sence of pride in leaving the property in better shape for the owners.
